SIP’S ROLE

Create the conditions
for development.

Subsaharan Infrastructure Partners (SIP) is the infrastructure development platform of Subsaharan Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, with a planned transition toward a dedicated subsidiary structure. SIP is not yet a separately incorporated company.

SIP brings together project sponsors, public stakeholders, developers, operators and financial partners. Its contractual role may include origination, commercial development, structuring, coordination and implementation support.

OUR ROLE IN A PROJECT

Originate. Prepare. Coordinate.

SIP can act as an originator and local development partner: assessing opportunities, coordinating institutional discussions, following up on development processes and structuring technical and financial contributions.

Specialist engineering, construction and operations involve qualified project partners. SIP’s mandate, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.
