After prefeasibility, organise the next decision
An initial study opens a new stage: clarify remaining uncertainties, select partners and prepare a documented decision.

Turn conclusions into a work programme
We believe a study should support decisions. After prefeasibility, we favour a review that distinguishes supported assumptions, areas requiring further work and open questions. A dossier becomes clearer when each conclusion has a source, a date and a defined scope.
The work programme can then be organised around concrete decisions: confirming a technical configuration, examining demand in greater depth or clarifying an interface with existing infrastructure. For each, we propose defining the expected deliverable, the expertise required and who will review it.
Seek a partner for a defined contribution
A partner search becomes more precise when the request specifies what needs to be accomplished. An engineering team, a contractor and a financial partner will examine the same project through different responsibilities. We aim to organise these discussions around questions suited to each contribution.
For example, a technical team could be asked to examine several connection options before a configuration is selected. The value of that contribution would be to document a trade-off. An expression of interest would remain separate from a commitment to deliver or finance the project.
Define what enables the next stage
We favour progression through explicit stages. Before commissioning another study, it should be possible to explain which decision it will support and how its results will be reviewed. This discipline also helps identify work that can wait and information on which several participants depend.
Our measure of progress would therefore be a documented reduction in uncertainty. Dossier quality is reflected in the ability to explain what is established, what remains to be checked and what would justify continuing, revising or pausing development.
